At CBC we are sensitive to the changing needs of our clients and therefore offer flexibility regarding our working relationship. Typically smaller companies are reluctant to place full-time employees internationally due to a lack of management structure and market experience. In such cases, a simple distributor relationship may be preferable. As the company becomes more established, a shift to contract employees may be warranted. We can also work on a defined project basis to assist you in achieving specific goals.
